1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aamdani platform, including the website at aamdani.ai and the Aamdani mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Aamdani Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Aamdani", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Platform Services

Aamdani provides a workforce marketplace that connects job seekers with employers. Our services include:

• Hyperlocal job matching based on skills, location, and preferences
• AI-powered profile creation via voice and chat
• Identity verification (KYC) using Aadhaar and PAN
• Trust tier system for both seekers and employers
• WhatsApp-based job alerts and applications
• Skill training and certification programs

5. Job Seeker Obligations

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information about your skills, experience, and qualifications
• Complete KYC verification as required for your trust tier
• Honor commitments made to employers, including interview attendance and job start dates
• Not misuse the Platform to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with employers through the Platform

6. Employer Obligations

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post accurate job listings with genuine requirements, compensation details, and working conditions
• Not discriminate against candidates based on caste, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
• Provide a safe and lawful working environment for hired candidates
• Comply with all applicable Indian labor laws, including the Minimum Wages Act, 1948
• Not use the Platform to collect personal data of candidates for purposes unrelated to hiring

7. Fees & Payments

Basic access to the Platform is free for job seekers. Premium features (Aamdani Plus) may require a subscription fee. Employer services may be subject to posting fees or subscription plans. All fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsify your identity
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive job listings or profiles
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Platform without our written consent
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including the Aamdani brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of Aamdani Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aamdani does not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Job seekers will find or receive employment
• Employers will find suitable candidates
• Any information on the Platform is accurate or complete

Aamdani is a marketplace that facilitates connections. We are not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process or employment relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aamdani Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aamdani in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is less.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@aamdani.ai.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
