1. Introduction

Aamdani is a product of Allevia AI Private Limited ("Aamdani", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the Aamdani platform, including the website at aamdani.ai and the Aamdani mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.Allevia AI Private Limited (CIN U62011CT2026PTC021281), registered office: First Floor, Plot 8/9, Kashi Ram Nagar, Telibandha, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001, India.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you register, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, Aadhaar number, PAN number, date of birth, gender, current address, and employment preferences.

Profile Information: Work experience, skills, educational qualifications, references, profile photos, and KYC verification documents (Aadhaar and PAN images).

Voice Data: If you register or complete a job screening by voice call, your speech is processed in real time to produce text; we do not record or store the audio itself. See Section 3A ("AI Voice Calls") below for how this is handled.

Interview Ratings: After an interview, job seekers and employers may give it a rating of 1 to 5 stars and an optional short note. See Section 3B ("Interview Ratings") below.

Location Data: With your consent, we collect precise location data to match you with hyperlocal job opportunities near your home.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, search queries, application history, and timestamps.

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and browser type.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and profile
• Match you with relevant job opportunities based on skills, location, and preferences
• Job recommendations: the app remembers which jobs you were shown, opened, applied to, skipped or saved, and uses this to show you more relevant jobs first. This record stays on our servers, is never shared with employers or advertisers, and is deleted after 90 days.
• Facilitate communication between job seekers and employers
• Verify your identity through KYC processes (Aadhaar, PAN verification)
• Conduct AI-assisted voice registration and job screening calls (see Section 3A)
• Send job alerts via WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
• Improve and personalize your experience on the Platform
• Conduct analytics and research to enhance our services
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3A. AI Voice Calls

Aamdani offers voice-based registration and job screening, conducted by an AI voice assistant over a phone or in-app call. If you use this feature:

• What we store: We do not record or store the audio of your call. For a job screening call, we store a text transcript of what was said, produced in real time as described below, together with the score and summary, so the employer can assess your fit for the role. For voice registration, we keep only the profile details taken from the conversation (such as your name, age and the work you want), not a transcript.
• Voice server: The audio of the call passes through our own voice server (LiveKit, run by us on Amazon Web Services in India) on its way to the speech services below. It is not recorded there.
• Speech-to-text: While the call is in progress, your speech is processed in real time by a third-party speech-recognition service (Sarvam AI) so the AI assistant can understand what you say in your own language. This produces the transcript described above.
• AI processing: For job screening calls, your transcribed answers are scored and summarised using a third-party large language model (Google's Gemini, via Google Cloud Vertex AI) to help the employer assess your fit for the role.
• AI Screening Calls setting: Whether employers can screen you by voice at all is controlled by the "AI Screening Calls" setting in your app Settings. This is enabled by default, so employers can screen candidates without an extra step — but it is entirely your choice, and you can turn it off at any time. Turning it off does not remove or restrict any other part of your profile.
• Who sees the results: For screening calls, the employer who requested the screening can see your score and a summary of your answers. Aamdani does not otherwise share your call transcripts with third parties, except the service providers above, who process the audio in real time solely to provide this feature and do not retain it afterward.
• Deletion: Screening call transcripts are kept while your account exists, and are permanently deleted when you delete your Aamdani account, along with your other uploaded files.

By using the voice registration or screening feature, you consent to your call being processed as described above. If you do not wish to use voice features, please use the Platform's text-based registration and application flows instead, and you can turn off AI Screening Calls in Settings at any time.

3B. Interview Ratings

After an interview, the app may ask the job seeker and the employer how it went: a rating of 1 to 5 stars and, if they want, a short note.

• Who sees a rating: Each side sees only its own rating. An employer's rating of a candidate, and its note, are visible only to that employer and the members of its company's team on Aamdani. They are never shown to the candidate or to any other company. A job seeker's rating of an interview is never shown to the employer.
• Notes: Phone numbers are removed from notes before they are saved.
• How we use ratings: To see how interviews go and to improve job matching. A copy of the star rating alone, without the note and without any name or contact details, is kept in our matching statistics.
• Deletion: A rating and its note are deleted together with the job application they belong to, including when you delete your Aamdani account.

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Employers: Your profile information, including skills, experience, KYC status, and trust tier, is shared with employers when you apply for jobs or when employers search for candidates. The app also shows an employer you apply to roughly where you are — your area and city, taken from your phone's location — and how far that is from their job. It does not show them your exact location or address. If you complete an AI voice screening, your score and answer summary are also shared with the employer who requested it.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us with KYC verification, AI voice processing (Sarvam AI for speech-to-text, Google Cloud Vertex AI for language processing), cloud hosting and database infrastructure (Supabase), product analytics (PostHog), recording how the website, the web app and the mobile apps are used (Microsoft Clarity, see Section 7), measurement of our Google ads in the mobile apps (Google Analytics for Firebase, see Section 7), measurement of our Meta and Google ads on the web app (the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tags, see Section 7), error monitoring (Sentry), and communication services (SMS/WhatsApp OTP delivery). Sarvam AI and Google Cloud Vertex AI process your voice data only to deliver the specific request (e.g. producing a transcript, scoring a screening call) and, per their published policies, do not use it to train their own AI models. See Section 3A for how voice data specifically is handled.
• Advertising: The free version of the Aamdani mobile app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the AdMob SDK collects your device's advertising ID, approximate device and app information, and ad interactions, under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not give advertisers your name, phone number, email, or profile. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads. Paid plans show no ads.
• Maps and address search: Map images in the app come from CARTO (map data from OpenStreetMap contributors), and the area or address you type in a location search is looked up with Google Places (through our server) and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. CARTO and Nominatim receive your device's IP address and the map area or search text; none of these services receives your name, phone number or account.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We use TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit. A defined set of sensitive profile fields (such as your name and phone number) is encrypted at rest in our database. Your uploaded KYC documents (Aadhaar and PAN images) and profile photo are stored in access-controlled cloud storage — protected by authentication, role-based permissions, and time-limited signed links — rather than by field-level encryption. We do not currently encrypt KYC document files themselves at rest. No method of storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data — including your profile, KYC documents, profile photo, and any voice call transcripts tied to your account — at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at harjinder@aamdani.ai or +91 91315 91915.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, and product analytics tools (including PostHog), to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and personalize content. Product analytics are linked to an internal account ID, not to your name, phone number or email. In the mobile app, the advertising ID is used by Google AdMob as described in Section 4. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Which link brought you here: The first time you visit aamdani.ai, the website remembers which link or ad brought you (the campaign tags in that link, such as utm_source, or an ad click ID), the page you first landed on, the name of the website you came from, and when. We use this to measure which of our ads and posts work. It is stored in your browser on your device, not in a cookie, and is passed to the Aamdani app when you open the app from this website, so it can be saved with your account when you sign up. Clearing this website's data in your browser deletes it.

Website analytics and ad measurement: The website records which pages you open and which buttons you press (for example "Open the app" or the language switch), together with the campaign tags of the link that brought you, and sends this to PostHog (product analytics) and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), so we can improve the website and see which ads work. For this, Google may set its own cookies, including one that remembers that you came from a Google ad. We never send your name, phone number, email or anything you type, and Google's ad personalisation and Google signals are turned off. You can turn this off at any time with "Data and ad measurement" at the bottom of every page: we then stop sending it, delete these cookies and remember your choice on this device.

How pages are used (Microsoft Clarity): The website also uses Microsoft Clarity, a service run by Microsoft, to record how its pages are used: where you click or tap, how far you scroll and how you move around a page. We watch these recordings to find what is hard to use on the website and fix it. Clarity hides anything you type into a form, and text that could identify you, such as phone numbers and email addresses; we also hide the whole app waitlist form from it. We never give Clarity your name, phone number or email, and we tell it not to use advertising cookies. Clarity uses its own cookies to link the pages you open. Microsoft's handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can turn this off at any time with "Data and ad measurement" at the bottom of every page: Clarity then stops recording and its cookies are deleted.

How the apps are used (Microsoft Clarity): The Aamdani app for Android and iPhone, and the web app at app.aamdani.ai, also use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use our screens: where they tap, how far they scroll and which screens they open, so we can make the app easier to use. Before anything is sent, all words, numbers, photos and anything you type are hidden, and nothing is recorded on chat, KYC, profile, OTP or payment screens. We never give Clarity your name, phone number or email, and we tell it not to use advertising storage. On the web app, Microsoft may set its own cookies for this. To turn it off at any time (it stops at once), go to Settings → Privacy → "Data and ad measurement" in the app.

Google Analytics for Firebase (mobile app): The Android and iPhone apps send Google a short list of events (signing up, logging in, applying to a job, posting a job, starting and completing a plan payment, with the plan and amount) and the names of the screens you open, with your role (job seeker or employer) and the app language, so we can measure our Google ads. On Android this includes your phone's advertising ID, used only to measure our ads. We never send your name, phone number, email or account ID, ad personalisation is off, and on iPhone nothing is used for advertising. It follows the same switch: Settings → Privacy → "Data and ad measurement".

Ad measurement on the web app (Meta Pixel and Google Ads): On app.aamdani.ai we use the Meta Pixel (a service run by Meta Platforms) and Google Ads conversion tags to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups, job applications and job posts. They are on unless you turn ad measurement off (see below). They set cookies (_fbp, _fbc, _gcl_*) and send Meta and Google the screen you are on (without personal details), the event (for example "signed up" or "applied to a job") and an event ID. They never run on the login and OTP screens, or on pages whose address contains a phone number or a private link. We never send your phone number, name, email, address or location to them. Our server may also tell Meta and Google, using the ad click ID, when a sign-up or a first job application came from one of their ads. To turn this off at any time, go to Settings → Privacy → "Data and ad measurement" in the web app: we then stop sending it and delete these cookies.

Subject to applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access and review your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your data, including voice call transcripts
• Withdraw consent for location tracking, AI Screening Calls, or notifications
• Opt out of marketing communications

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
