How does the AI interview work?
When you shortlist someone, they can start a short voice interview with Shubh in their app. He asks your questions in their language. You get a score out of 10, a three-line summary and every answer, and you decide whom to meet. It happens in the app over the internet; Shubh doesn’t phone anyone.
